Welcome to GamesKeep (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate the website at gameskeep.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service.

1. Who Can Use the Service

You may use the Service if you are at least 15 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must supervise your use. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements or are doing so with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees that these Terms bind them. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 15 without appropriate parental consent.

2. Licence to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Harm, harass, or intimidate other users;
  • Copy, scrape, frame, mirror, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service, its game catalogue, or its content without our prior written permission;
  • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scripts) to simulate play, inflate ad impressions or game plays, or scrape game data or assets;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers, or any connected systems, or interfere with their normal operation;
  • Upload, post, or transmit any malicious code or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or obscene;
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any advertising, attribution, copyright, or proprietary notices;
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related or access-control features of the Service or of any embedded game.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block any user who violates these rules.

4. Accounts

The Service does not currently require account registration. Should we introduce accounts in the future, you will be responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at info@gameskeep.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

5. Third-Party Games and Content

We source the games on the Service from third-party game networks and developers. Our current game providers include GamePix (gamepix.com) and GameMonetize (gamemonetize.com), as well as games from individual developers distributed through those networks. Each provider is responsible for its own games, including their content, functionality, availability, in-game purchases (if any), and any data the games collect while in play. We do not guarantee that any particular game will be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular user, and we may add, change, or remove games at any time without notice.

Your use of an embedded game may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of that game’s provider:

Any disputes relating to a specific game’s content or behaviour are between you and that game’s provider.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising. We display ads on our pages through Google AdSense. In addition, games embedded from GamePix and GameMonetize may contain their own in-game advertising served by those providers and their respective advertising partners. Ads may be personalised based on cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services they promote. The appearance of an advertisement does not imply our endorsement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service’s design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and the “GamesKeep” name and branding are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The games and their associated assets, trademarks, and characters remain the property of their respective owners (including GamePix, GameMonetize, and the individual game developers). Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

8. Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any linked site. Accessing them is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is available on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service or any game will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamesKeep and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any embedded game. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount, if any, you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GamesKeep and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and, where applicable, the European Union. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service that we cannot resolve informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Heraklion, Greece, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after we post changes means you accept the new Terms.
