This Policy explains how GamesKeep (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit gameskeep.com (the “Service”). We operate from Greece and therefore comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek data-protection law. Please read this Policy carefully.
1. What Data We Collect
We collect two types of data.
Data you provide directly: If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and any information you include in your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
Data collected automatically: When you visit the Service, our servers and third-party tools may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This data is used to keep the Service secure, diagnose technical issues, and understand how visitors use the site.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies. A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the consent banner we display on your first visit.

4. Third-Party Services That Set Cookies
Google AdSense
We display ads from Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to show you personalised ads based on your browsing history across websites. Embedded Games — GamePix
Some of the games on this Service are provided by GamePix (gamepix.com). When you play a GamePix game, it runs in an embedded frame on our page. GamePix and its advertising partners may set their own cookies and collect technical data about gameplay and ad interactions directly within that frame. Embedded Games — GameMonetize
Some of the games on this Service are also provided by GameMonetize (gamemonetize.com). Like GamePix, GameMonetize games run inside an embedded frame on our page. GameMonetize and its advertising partners may set their own cookies and collect technical data about gameplay and ad interactions within that frame. GamesKeep does not control what data GameMonetize collects or how it is used. You can review GameMonetize’s privacy practices at gamemonetize.com/privacypolicy.
By consenting to advertising cookies through our consent banner, you also consent to the use of advertising cookies by GamePix, GameMonetize, and their respective partners within any embedded game you choose to play.
Analytics
We may use analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics) to understand aggregate usage of the Service. These tools use cookies and may process truncated IP addresses. Analytics is only active where you have given consent for analytics cookies.
5. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Advertising and analytics partners — as described in Section 4, third-party tools may receive data through cookies and tracking technologies you have consented to;
- Legal requirements — we may disclose data when required to do so by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public;

6. International Transfers
Some of our third-party partners (including Google) are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where data is transferred to countries that do not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards as permitted under GDPR Chapter V.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain automatically collected server logs for up to 90 days for security purposes. Email enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to resolve your query and meet any related legal obligations, after which they are deleted. Cookie-based data is retained for the duration stated in each cookie’s expiry, as disclosed in our cookie notice.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are in the EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”) where there is no lawful basis for continued processing;
- Restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances;
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- Data portability — receive a copy of data you have provided in a machine-readable format;
- Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed at young children, although some games may appeal to them. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 15 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) without appropriate parental consent, and we do not intend to show personalised advertising to children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without the necessary consent, please contact us at info@gameskeep.com and we will delete it promptly. We also encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children’s use of the Service.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted to and from the Service. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the Service.
